I went out to get myself an alarm clock for my new home and the boy who never smiles says I should get one that has radio functions. I told him that I don't need such, a simple alarm clock that works just as it should, is perfect with me.

Me: I'm an easily contented person.
TBWNS: If you're an easily contented person, why do you need so many shoes?
Me: How about this.. if I am NOT an easily contented person, I would never have chosen you.

That kinda shut him up. Well.. like him, I'm still figuring out if that's a compliment or a deflating comment. Oh well, can't take it back.
